James welcomes his guests Patrick Wilson and Brooklyn Beckham, two men who come from famous fathers, although different levels of fame. And James asks Brooklyn about how he proposed to Nicola Peltz, whose eyes and words he has tattooed on the back of his neck. Brooklyn Beckham – totally living off his Fathers fame but thinks everything he does is due to talent. Christ he has no idea of real life.

Who is this guy? What the hell does he do? What’s his talent? Would people even know who he is if he wasn’t Beckhams son??

TBF yes, Brooklyn is largely FAMOUS for his famous father, but he’s actually a photographer and a model and was raised by the Beckhams to be humble. He had a summer job when he was 16, and was made to work for his money from a young age. Sure, his fame helped to get him where he is, but that’s not exactly his fault. Kids of Celebs have a few choices:

    1. Take you parent’s fame and run with it and act like the big I AM.
2.Take your parents fame but try to be humble with it, but don’t refuse the money and the lifestyle.
    3. Take your parents fame reluctantly.
    4. Take your parents fame and use it to actively help others.
    5. Literally refuse your parent’s fame and purposefully become a “‘normal” person.

Some kids take option 1. Many kids take option 2 with a variation of 5 where they try to make their own way in the world and don’t follow in a parent’s footsteps.

    Others take 4.

Fact is, you can only do that if you’re raised right AND you realise at a young enough age that you have all these extra things. Celeb kids are targets for kidnapping so they get security, their parents (like every other parent) wants them to have the best education and they can AFFORD it, so they often socialise with kids from the same background. Their parents mix in high society circles so most of their extended family and family friends are high society. The fact is, they don’t often get a chance to see how the other side live, enough to properly realise the extra that they have. Plus, doesn’t everyone really want a life like that? Though without the fame.

So is it actually extra or are we all just chasing the life we want and they reach that life of comfortability to live life to the fullest. Is that really “extra”? Anyways, another story for another day.

Point being, people are slandering Brooklyn for not having talent. It’s not his fault. He should be able to live the best life he can with the opportunities he has, and he’s a humble and kind dude, who was raised right by his parents. I don’t fault him for making use of the opportunities he was given, I’d expect everyone to do the same. James is close with his father so he probably wanted him on the show and Brooklyn hasn’t done nothing, he’s released his own book if I remember correctly, and like I said, is a budding photographer in his own right. He should be allowed to do this and enjoy his life.

    IMO
