He does get his inheritance tax free …. but he can not keep any profit from it. ALL PROFITS GO TO THE GOVERNMENT. He just gets a sovereign grant. So that’s why he doesn’t pay taxes, because other than his permission to live on the properties he cannot make any real money from it. …. We can make money, that’s why we have to pay taxes.
