Replyi live in a big RV in a long stay RV park next to a beautiful lake in upstate NY. $2000 a year rent and $15k for the RV. maybe not for everyone but we love it.

Replyin the baby boomers years they didn’t compete with nearly enough people to purchase a house of their choice, but now as real estate is considered an asset class, it attracts bigger players interested in a return and not necessarily interested in living in said properties. The boomer generation has enjoyed the luxury of appreciation in house prices, but consider the same appreciation level continues uninterrupted for the next 20 years… how much would a house cost and the effect this would have on first time home buyers.
