ReplyThe US is 99% unlikely to default. Reasons? everyone in the senate has stocks, including republicans. They don’t want to lose millions of dollars. They care not about your thousands that will drop to 0, but their money becoming so worthless? No, they don’t want that to happen. If we’re going to go with the “It’s about ME ME ME” rationale either democrats OR republicans, they literally can not afford to hurt their ego through a default.
