ReplyAbsolute favorite show! Absolute worst ending! 😢
ReplyI should get around to watching this Soprano
ReplyI was such a fan of “Northern Exposure”, and any show that had David’s name in the credits was one I always made sure to watch! Great interview! ❤
ReplyC’mon HBO, give us 4K restoration of The Sopranos for the 30th Anniversary. The series was shot on 35mm film, it cannot be that difficult to convert to 4K (ideally with Dolby Vision)
ReplyLemme tell you a couple of three things, you don’t do 25 years in a prestige cable series without getting your soft drink of choice. Gabagool.
ReplyI learned 2 things here about David Chase- 1) he never had the makings of a varsity cheerleader, 2) his show idea Ultimo was just ahead of its time as it was the same premise as The Boys.
ReplyI had forgotten about millennium until he mentioned it. Im off work through injury for another 4 days. Time to harvest the internet for episodes.
ReplyWhat a delightful interview! I still haven’t watched The Sopranos (I can’t watch graphic violence), but it’s impact on the tv landscape is undeniable.

ReplyThe mark of a great interviewer is one that can keep your interest in a subject (gangster movies) that you care nothing about. Mr. Chase seems cool. Good work Seth.
ReplyThe first season premise of Lydia upset from being put into a home ERRR retirement community and placing a hit on her son was awesome!!!
ReplyImpressive…that super hero pitch predates “The Boys” comic….wow
ReplyImagine Superman from Long Island… OMG.
ReplyDidn’t ask about the ending? Poor.
ReplyWhy is he so grumpy?
