I was such a fan of “Northern Exposure”, and any show that had David’s name in the credits was one I always made sure to watch! Great interview! ❤

C’mon HBO, give us 4K restoration of The Sopranos for the 30th Anniversary. The series was shot on 35mm film, it cannot be that difficult to convert to 4K (ideally with Dolby Vision)

Lemme tell you a couple of three things, you don’t do 25 years in a prestige cable series without getting your soft drink of choice. Gabagool.

I learned 2 things here about David Chase- 1) he never had the makings of a varsity cheerleader, 2) his show idea Ultimo was just ahead of its time as it was the same premise as The Boys.

What a delightful interview! I still haven’t watched The Sopranos (I can’t watch graphic violence), but it’s impact on the tv landscape is undeniable.

The mark of a great interviewer is one that can keep your interest in a subject (gangster movies) that you care nothing about. Mr. Chase seems cool. Good work Seth.

The first season premise of Lydia upset from being put into a home ERRR retirement community and placing a hit on her son was awesome!!!
