Seth takes a closer look at the Supreme Court hearing oral arguments in a historic case that could decide whether Trump is disqualified from the ballot based on the Fourteenth Amendment’s insurrectionist clause.

I find hilarious that Trump’s lawyer had to peek in her notes to read the name of the lawyer Trump nominated “and fought for” to Supreme Court.
ReplyCorrection: Windmills don’t produce wind and I believe you meant to use the plural of apparatus, damn it.
ReplyCorrection: windmills do not create wind.
ReplyI don’t like Trump at all, but what is happening to free speech. Things are getting a little out of hand. “Report” on him talikng and saying whatever he wants or don’t. We are on a very slippery slope.
ReplyHe should’ve been arrested and thrown in jail on Jan 6. Garlard slow walking Trump’s involvement in Jan 6 has fcked up this entire situation.
ReplyGinni And Clarence Thomas are so monstrously physically unattractive. Maybe that’s why they chase wealth by any means necessary.
ReplyI have one question for those who get on the bandwagon that OJ killed his wife. Did you watch the trial?
ReplyInevitably the answer is a quiet “no”.
Had you watched the trial you’d see that a public defender could have gotten an acquittal. The one with motive wasn’t OJ. It was one who admitted on the stand that he’d pursued Nicole “socially “, then the street noise claimed he’d been jilted by Nicole several weeks before she was murdered and was in direct opportunity for planting the proven false evidence.
Its a shame CNN can’t tape things and play back the relevant portions
ReplyThe Colorado Supreme Court decision references conversations between Senators at the time, explicitly stating that section 3 covers the Presidency. There wasn’t a loophole then, and there’ shouldn’t be a loophole now.
Of course the so-called conservative “originalists” on SCOTUS will conveniently ignore that. Originalism only applies when it supports the outcome they want.
ReplySo most of these so called judges haven’t heard of the entire plot to overthrow the government and only consider the violent riot part instead of the entire plot? What a bunch of clowns.
ReplyI just want a chili cheese burrito.
ReplyPut a camera in front of him and let him ramble on. He’ll eventually confess
ReplyTapper,..tRump,…Seth,…hilarious
ReplyAlina Habba literally said the Supreme Court Justices Trump helped get appointed will do the right thing and favor his criminal activities because he helped them get appointed. That’s not how the Supreme Court works. She not only is absolutely stupid, she is even more so that she publicly and casually said that. How did she pass the bar? Also, Virginia should be in jail. Clarence Thomas should be fired.
Replywindmills don’t crest wind
ReplyDon’t air Trump period.
ReplyOne of the shithiest thing I’ve ever found on yourube!
ReplyZipper joke 😂😂😂
ReplyCORRECTION: Windmills don’t produce wind, they make use of existing wind to generate electricity.
ReplyWe all knew how trump’s toadies on the SC would vote. But how a riot that was inspired and encouraged by a president meant to prevent the counting of electoral votes of a fair and free election not considered to be an act of insurrection or sedition is beyond me. If that’s not an act of sedition, then please tell me what is?
