Replymaybe i am wrong, because i am not a man… but i would never, ever, ever put my man down in front of others, not even in a humourous way like she did in this roast. i would have definetly passed, or roasted his brothers instead. especially when the jokes are mainly about how i am doing better than him, when we work in the same industry. i just have never met a man who would enjoy that and i would fear that he would indeed be hurt and that hurt would turn into resentment, which is the worst kind of relationship-cancer out there. and i assume most women dont like it either, but i guess its even harder to take in public for men. especially when he is 10 years younger than his wife.
