I think most people are too afraid to speak this candidly about trauma, death, and distance. Natasha is amazing here. ❤

That’s some candid talk. Nicely done, I’m sure many will relate. And Conan and the rest just let her talk and respect the moment.

I can’t help but think that Matt is very overrated. I would most prefer for the podcast to end completely and for Conan to move on, so that I can continue to enjoy Conan’s brilliance without Gourley’s continuous stream of flaccid cringe.

In a way, I would like to know Matt Gourley’s whole biography to find out how a grown man who NEVER delivers can find himself in possession of so much confidence he doesn’t deserve. Confidently trite and cliche without fail, like it’s a trained reflex to deliver uninteresting angles and interjections on demand.

You could simulate him by creating a GPT with the prompt, “pretend you are a podcast co-host, but interject only with the most loosely related topics and comments, nothing even adjacent to humor. Also be sure to stress how proud you are of yourself along the way, to make sure everyone knows.”

I love Conan as much as anybody, and Sona even more, but ever since this podcast started, barely a single title has enticed me to want to listen to any of this.
Improvised chatting with expendable celebs is just not enough.

I wanna know why she’s always hunching like an 80-year-old grandma? Those Old Navy commercials with her hunching in them stresses me out.

I love anyone who is able to say they felt relief when their abusive relative passed. It’s okay to both feel compassion for peoole but also acknowledge that they aren’t/weren’t a force for good in your life.

Boy, do I relate!! Anyone who has had to deal with parent or parents with severe issues, especially severe mental health gets it.
We are so hyper-vigilant. Typical origin of a superhero. Messed up childhood and hero after😂😂😂😂
