ReplyA few years ago, I went online to look for less expensive car insurance. The next morning, I received a phone call from my insurance agent. Seems he got an email alert that I was online, researching car insurance, and wanted to discuss the matter with me. When I tore into him for invading my privacy, he was genuinely shocked that I felt that way.
