ReplyTrump supporters are like a teen group of wannabe popular kids that hang around the school bully, doing his bidding and laughing at the bullies jokes and agreeing with every hateful thing their bully leader utters.
ReplyOne thing that always really strikes me is how genuinely Klepper seemingly connects with these individuals as people. Thinking about the “Birds Aren’t Real” guy and what he’s said about feeling othered, or feeling a lack of connection with anyone outside extremist groups, and… I always admire the way this segment DOESN’T do that.
ReplyI saw a statistic that said 80% of people don’t like to make thwir own decisions, but instead gravitate toward letting others do it for them, because they don’t like to think. This video exemplifies that nicely.

ReplyIf you don’t start by fixing the education system in America, this will only get worse. First thing should be abolishing home schooling. That’s the most atrocious and vile crime against a child’s bringup. To live in a bubble of comfort around mom and dad is exactly what holds america back. Nobody grows up being ready to accept a different opinion, evidence, value, culture… “if it doesn’t agree with what I learned at home, then I don’t like it”
