ReplyIf you work in customer service, you must have decent verbal communication skills. If you want to text and text only 24/7, then I am not going to talk to you after a while. I met a couple of girls in their early 20s that I started chat with online, and they refuse to call me and/or do not answer my calls, knowing that is suspicious and more valid in knowing I am talking to a bot.
