The origin of the Macbeth legend, at least as far as I know, is that when a theatre troupe thought the planned play was a disaster or something was terribly wrong (to prevent the planned show) then Macbeth was the “default” show that was put on, every theatre troupe knew the play so it was the filler in case of disaster. As a result to mention Macbeth was to imply that the scheduled show would be a catastrophe, thus the legend that Macbeth signified disaster on the stage.

97 is quite an innings. The more you love someone the deeper the pain is when they’re gone.

i was fortunate to be in the right place at the right time. I was invited by Denzel to see in the New Year with him and his lovely wife Pauletta after they had finished their meal back in 1994 after I helped organize a little suprise for his 40th Birthday. we smoked Churchill Cigars, drank and chatted about his latest film at the time (Crimson Tide) . A very memorable and special time for myself and my girlfriend at the time. The most friendliest unassuming loving person you could ever meet.
