In the news, the FBI didn’t find classified documents during a recent raid at President Biden’s vacation home in Delaware. Tom Brady has announced his retirement from the NFL, for real this time. And a recent list of the top 5 candy bars only includes American candies, which causes an uproar among the crew while they defend their favorite chocolate treats from across the pond.

ReplyAs someone who is from the USA, lived in the UK, (have family there), and now lives in Germany- The top 5 is all American for me too. But UK does round out the top 10.

ReplyAs a dark chocolate aficionado, I believe life is too short to spend any time on a candy bar with milk chocolate. And don’t even talk to me about “white chocolate”. So the dark Toblerone is near the top of my list.
ReplyThat said, there was some sort of gooey chewy almost-chocolate peanutty thing around Philly, a bit like a giant tootsie roll but stretchier and not round but flat. Most everyone including myself thought it was pretty disgusting, but I liked it anyway for some reason. Especially after an hour in the freezer.
