ReplyIn Texas you make your car look Iike police as long as you don’t put police on it. You can put sirens and everything.
ReplyIn Moscow, cars *can* have blue lights and a siren, and everyone gets out of the way. But because it’s so corrupt there, people have them that aren’t involved in government/ police business. Nobody complains, because they like living. I’ve witnessed it. The cops stand to attention and wave the cars through the heavy traffic. I saw one cop salute the car, but with its blacked out windows, he could not have known who was in it.
