Why are women in america so against making babies. As an outsider its mind boggling. Like why are you not proud of what your body can do and i know plenty of women who are successful with kids. Please explain americans

So we really not gonna talk about the fact that this mans did his OWN vasectomy? Like operated on himself on one of the most sensitive human parts? Bruh, how and why?

I had one 24 years ago. I haven’t been invited to speak on any discussions about abortion for a long time, and rightly so. This isn’t my fight.

Teens and tweens aren’t allowed to adopt, but now they’re forced to have children if they get pregnant (which is almost always by r. ape. if they’re tweens)

Currently recovering from a vasectomy. The second the supreme court ruling was leaked, I called and scheduled.

    1) It is not necessarily reversible (my urologist specifically told me that the ” easily reversible”was a common misconception before surgery).

    2) Recovery is actually 2-3 weeks

    3) With insurance and an in office procedure, it cost me $100

    4) Other than the recovery time and it not always being reversible, if you don’t ever want kids, why would you NOT?

I am glad someone finally speaks to the fact that men have responsibility in this.

Over twenty contraceptives, absolutely no reason to undergo surgery. Use a contraceptive and deal with it.

Thankfully my lady chose an I.U.D. and it works for HER. She has a child from a previous relationship that I love and happily help raise, it was a very hard and dangerous pregnancyfor her. Our modest apartment family life along with our cat is perfect, even though there are struggles. Despite financial problems we are as happy as can be. If that IUD failed or she didn’t have access to it and we were not prepared what are we supposed to do? We are not alone these changes are going to hurt the “family unit” more than help it.

Oh I thought they were permanent. I think a lot misunderstood this. Same with getting tubes tied.

From one of Brooklyn 911 episodes I realized that people had NO IDEA of what a vasectomy is. They made a lot of jokes regatdong it and saying all those myths while never addressing the facts. That was by far the worst episode in a show that was mostly very careful when touching important subjects.
