what a sweetheart, I honestly thought she was british until she said she was a kiwi. as a New Zealander she’s basically spot on – about the outfit (sorry Stephen!) and esp re the not making a big fuss of celebrities. I’m a bit older than her, we’re really fortunate – we get the best of American, British and homegrown tv (even before internet – now – *everything* is available online). my ex was a canadian, born in the same year as me (1970) – and we shared 99% of our cultural references esp in terms of TV.
ReplySuch a cutie
Replyaaaa what a sweetie
ReplyI knew she has a long accomplished career ahead after watching _Leave No Trace._
ReplyShe is gorgeous and she sounds more British than a kiwi
ReplyAbsolutely amazing Tom!!!!
ReplyShe is so pretty and sweet and nice. Love her acting in Last Night in Soho and Jojo Rabbit. Hope more people will get to know her
ReplyBoy she is just a very practical human being isn’t she? She appears to be so incredibly New Zealand that even other new zealanders might feel uncomfortable just being around her. Imagine if she moved to Canada….
ReplyShe’s charming.
ReplyWho chose that scene though..?
ReplyI think my posture got better after this interview.
ReplyWhat was the movie that she refused to watch?
Replyshe is talking about new zealand target. to give you an idea – double tree is, i think, a multi star high rise hotel in india not a motel. different country, different target, likely so. also, consumer understanding of it relative to what they were used to in terms of ambience and the market they cater to would also likely differ.
