Who in NY does not have inflated asset values. Seems that Trump is just being targeted given the thousands of others doing the same fraud. What about equal justice for all.

A banks lending departments and underwriting are responsible to verify the true value of an asset. Just because Donald made a claim, the bank must verify its value. Shame on the banks just as much as Donald.

It’s like America is saying to an errant child “I’ll count to three and you had better be up”
America has now counted to 1,245,962.

Naw cmon, none of us want to keep getting teased with the possibility of Trump facing some tangible consequence for his sleezy ways. Tell us when something really happens. I am not sure that getting banned from business dealings in NY is gonna bug him that much at this point, he seems more fond of FL at this point.

Another thing, bankruptcy in the UK means you can’t have any business for up to 5 years, automatically. It’s not a get out clause as the States seem to view it.
