Maybe some else has, but I have never been told by anyone, face to face, in print or on video that I couldn’t say mother, father, pregnant woman, Merry Christmas, or any other thing. I have been asked to consider changing how I refer to “homeless” folks as houseless, because many of these folks try to create a home out of not much, given the situation. After thinking about this and seeing the effort the houseless people in my neighborhood go to to try to create a home, as you see, I have chosen to move forward with my language. I love evolving!❤
