ReplyAt this point the strike is definitely doing damage to the bottom line of the strikers and executives but only one group and the very popular of the other will weather the storm.
If it goes on too much longer, there won’t be a point in being a writer/actor/whatever for these organizations, because small/indie studios are going to literally take over. This is the final nail in the coffin for Hollywood.
I’d be willing to bet money that the stories will be “most writers/actors regret strike/residuals shrink by **%/Hollywood movie viewers per cap lowest in history”

ReplyI was buying masks and alcohol by mid-late January on the news from China (had to restock on masks after the Aussie fires), i’m still astonished so much of the world just didn’t see it coming. That whole TP thing was wild tho, didnt see that coming.
ReplySo disgusting the studios haven’t brought a decent offer to the table yet to end the strike. We need the show back so bad 😢.
