Not to enforce patriotism, but to enact respect, or the semblence of respect…

The headline question misses the mark.
They can still choose to kneel or disrespect the flag or anthem, only bnb is there are consequences of doing it. His team, he’s the boss

He’s not demanding patriotism but respect. They can disagree with things but they have to respect. United we Stand

I would expect much better conversation from a group of 12 y.o.’s. PS It is absolutely UNAMERICAN to force people to make expressions of belief. The National Anthem is not in the Constitution, the 1st amendment is.

I am disabled and need a wheelchair to get into and out of the stadium and I never sit when the national anthem is played. It’s a sign of respect for the country and the brave men and women that have fought, died and served this great nation. Melvin’s stance is right. The players are employees and have any number of other opportunities to show their lack of patriotism if that’s what they choose.

I get that Greg and Kat go way back, but she is the weak link on this show.

The Team represents the Owners and, sometimes the location.
The Team and Players either represent Them in the manner required or they can be replaced.
Imagine a Team where Players decided to just wear arbitrary uniforms.

Personally, I think Patriotism SHOULD Be Enforced. EVEN IF many of the Players are “Other Nationals”
