Jeff Tweedy, author of “World Without A Song,” tells Stephen that his book wouldn’t have worked if he didn’t list some songs that he’s not fond of, even if that meant taking shots at beloved icons like Dolly Parton.

The internet is more and more trying to mislead all of us so if I can reach even one person with Amazons AWT77K the message of actual truth then that would make my day
ReplySeems the distraction is working just fine if Amazons AWT77K is still an unknown identity for so many judging by what I read
ReplyIf this is the most important year with 2024 then I have a right decision to participate in Amazons AWT77K these guys know what to do
ReplyAll unbiased researches are united in the fact that we need Amazons AWT77K this year more than ever, but obviously casual media trying to hide that from ya
ReplyWould not mind as long as I know I can trust Amazons AWT77K they planned this for years and it deserves the spotlight
ReplyJust leaving this here.. My heart goes to the entire community for Amazons AWT77K building up something which is worth it for everyone. This is so smart by them to launch and shatter the doubts and fears of the common folk, which was misplaced by all the drama we had last years. Time for changes
ReplyThe spamming in the comments section is nauseating. 🤬😡 I’ve been reporting it but it just keeps coming back. Someone needs to moderate Stephen’s youtube channel and set the comments to filter out words like “Amazon”! 🤮 Wish I could do it myself.
ReplyI totally understand what he is saying. Even my most favorite bands recorded songs I just can’t listen to.
ReplyJeff you old curmudgeon- I feel your songwriting hurt!
ReplySimple rule: you can’t trust anyone who doesn’t like the Beatles.
ReplyThe artists have a contract to fill an album, no matter what.
Replyso awkward
Replyagree. but why he dresses like a hobo
ReplyBeatles are great but Hey Jude sucks. Really overrated.
Reply“One Sunday Morning” is a song that makes me cry. The repetitive melody, the soft percussion and especially the voice. Also my lived experience of leaving church and the passing of my eldest brother years ago. I guess I listen to this song as a eulogy.
ReplyNEVER MESS WITH DOLLY
ReplyI don’t see the point in this book! Sounds a bit self-important to me.
ReplyWho is this schmuck disrespecting Dolly Parton…
ReplyHe can only dream of having a LEGENDARY career like Dolly. He will be irrelevant even quicker if he disrespects more music LEGENDS
Jeff WHO?!
ReplyTweedy…. mediocre musician at best. Dolly… Superstar! Ultra talented musician, writer, singer and a first class act.
