is how i feel. the people of east palestine, oh, vote heavily republican. republicans deregulated the rail industry. trump held a symbolic red tape cutting ceremony at the white house. his daughter/mistress was there. this is what they meant by making america great again. their idea of great is business can do whatever the fuck it wants in the pursuit of profit, and the people can drink poisoned water.
so fuck the residents of east palestine. if they want clean water, they can start voting for the people who try to protect their access to clean water, not the assholes who poison it.
ReplyEveryone needs to be evacuated until this mess has been cleaned up. Will it be expensive? Yes. It will however be cheaper than waiting and not doing anything now. Letting people get sick, suing the company etc will cost more.
