ReplyWhen I was 8/9 years old I was commuting to LA in one of the 8 seat amphibian commuter planes that in my hometown we used to call a puddlejumper.
ReplyMid flight from the island to Los Angeles the door flew open. As I was in the jumpseat next to the door, I had stuck my head out the window, and was enjoying the view of the ocean a mile below. For some reason the passengers were having conniptions about it. I had no idea what the fuss was about at the time. It turned out that open vaccuum holes in aircraft are actually quite dangerous…
My daughter was 17 pounds at 12 months and my son was 18 lbs. 15 lbs at birth?!?!? Yikes

ReplyOK …the airplane in Europe with the missing windows was a Ferry flight, only crew, no passengers. Second? The maintenance engineers onboard noticed the increased sound levels, and the Flight Deck saw that they weren’t pressurizing. The airplane returned to Stansted, England, its departure airport.

ReplyNo I am an amateur weight loss guy and dietary person, and I would say you either move to a lifestyle change of eating at a specific time of very healthy all nutritious meals and fasting for 24 hours until the next one if you want to lose significant amounts of weight. If you want to start gradually losing weight you need to be in a calorie deficit for your current body mass index. For an average size woman it’s 2000 calories a day a deficit would be anything less than that, 19 or 18 or 1500 a day means that your body would burn what it needs to meet 2000 from your adipose tissue.
