Liberals are celebrating this as a win but this is going to end up hurting the Democrats more than it helps them. For Trump supporters, this feeds into Trump’s entire point about the federal government. Not saying I agree with him, not at all in fact, but he’ll be able to spin this to them in such a way. Beyond that, it actually is eating into the media time during a time when the Biden administration actually has had quite a few victories. Nobody will hear about them though because everyone is talking about nothing other than the FBI raid. This will ultimately achieve nothing if it doesn’t actually help Trump far more than it hurts him in his message of “We’re the heroes and the patriots, they’re the villains and the bullies”.

ReplyThe basis of America is that every American is equal under the law regardless of their position, their authority or their wealth.
For once, true American justice is being enacted, proving that even a former President is not above the law. There is such an abundance of alleged criminal evidence against Trump that no judge could refuse to sign the legal warrant. Don’t Republican citizens realize that, if there was the slightest evidence against them, they would be treated the same way, with a search of their homes and probably a bodily cavity search?
