Reunited, and it feels so good! It’s been five months, but the lights turned back on at #Colbert this week. Fellow “Strike Force Five” member, John Oliver, helped offload some podcast merch, and Anderson Cooper reminisced about his days as a waiter. Supergroup boygenius, Japanese Breakfast, and our very own band leader, Louis Cato, took to the stage for some stunning performances. Plus, Bob Odenkirk, Neil deGrasse Tyson and Fortune Feimster all helped welcome us back to the Ed Sullivan Theater. Missed out on some of this week’s best moments? Well we have you covered in #LateShowMeMore! #BehindTheScenes
Been a good week.. a good, good week. Welcome back, folks!

ReplySo glad you guys are back, _all_ the late night shows, with all that’s been going on, thought you’d miss all of it, precious months of trump indictment jokes that will never be told 😂.
How did we ever survive without DVRs and YouTube? It hasn’t even been that long, in the grand scheme of things, but I can’t imagine it anymore.
ReplyThe best part of the writers strike was Jimmy, Jimmy, Jimmy, Hispanic Jimmy, Female Jimmy and Steven “Jimmy” Colbert not being gifted the Trending slots, and being pushed, unsolicited, into feeds on this website… if only for a beautiful, all too brief, quarter of tranquility and sanctuary.
Now let’s watch all of their collective writers earn their new tax brackets by continuing to deliver that derivative, partisan, “comedy” in a uniform, on message, fashion.
ReplyI would love to be there live – but there is like an ocean between me and NY. Can sb give Stephen Colbert a hug from me?
