Getting fired from SNL is the best thing to ever happen to someone.

The difference between lightning and a lightning bug. What the hell is a lightning bug lol. I feel like this saying about the right choice of words could maybe use a better choice of words

Norm was beloved by some audiences, but not nearly as much as he was by other comedians. He was so original and deeply, darkly funny in ways that make average audiences squirm.

I hope Jim is alright. He looks a lot frailer than he did a few years ago.

As a Norm fan I can’t believe I haven’t heard about this guy until now. I can totally see these two being on the same wavelength.

If Norm McDonald were still with us, he would call out the Biden administration every single day that the Jan 6 ringleaders have suffered zero consequences. Pressure your representatives every day if you want the Jan 6 ringleaders to get punished.
Otherwise it will _not_ be happening and *they will try again until they succeed.*

It is so cool hearing this from Downey himself. Conan is awesome for giving time to the people who really make the sausage.

This man needs his own podcast. Such a story teller and has such history. Lovely seeing him after hearing his name mentioned over the years.

Always thought of Norm as a Python can see the silliness in all things

Just watched dirty work again.. Norm’s here’s your dollar response to cut off Jim’s homeless guy rants is hilarious. Think I like it even better than the Billy Madison line.

I remember I tweeted at him joking how good he looked after his stroke and I didn’t have many Followers and from the analytics it seemed to me that he saw it and checked out my profile and he died not too long after. I’d feel bad about that but he made a lot of money hurting people’s feelings on national TV so no, I don’t really feel bad about that at all. I hope he thought it was funny.

Jim Downy reminds me of Hollis Hurlbut from The Simpsons…

    Maybe it’s his mustache? 🥸

Norm was without a doubt the best to ever sit that chair, but I have to say I loved Miller in that slot, too. The way he scratched that elitist intellectual wannabe itch that I’ve always had was just a guilty pleasure.

At 3:30 I guess you could say he didn’t want to wage a courageous battle.
