Yawn. Boring. I’d rather listen to my mom talk about her cats than more stories of how Conan made it big.

Did anyone else notice that they recut the Amazon commercial so it no longer shows Conan crumpling up the script at the end

Freddy Flintcone (as Triumph once called Conan), the OG double denim daddy.
Only Smigel can be nerdy enough to know about the Today Show chimp. The man he said he admired was Sigourney Weaver’s father.

I actually got to see a live Late Night show, back in 2003. It was a HOT A-List Wednesday show- the guests were Frankie Muniz and Geri Halliwell!
Watching that original Late Night show, it always felt like (and I say this with love) you were getting away with something. Like, the show would probably be off the air by the next week. Part of that was Conan’s “deflated host” personality.
Later on, Craig Ferguson had that same feel.

Conan and Rob are the only people I can think of that deserve every bit of popularity

“Everyone is going to want an ambiguous gender — he is kind of a guy, but he is also a girl”.

Actually, that happened. So Conan’s the reason for that.🤔

I’ll never understand why people talk to highly about Letterman. He never got a single laugh out of me, he came off more cringey than funny. Also his interactions with many woman…there’s real cringe.
