ReplyI actually got to see a live Late Night show, back in 2003. It was a HOT A-List Wednesday show- the guests were Frankie Muniz and Geri Halliwell!
ReplyWatching that original Late Night show, it always felt like (and I say this with love) you were getting away with something. Like, the show would probably be off the air by the next week. Part of that was Conan’s “deflated host” personality.
Later on, Craig Ferguson had that same feel.
Conan and Rob are the only people I can think of that deserve every bit of popularity

ReplyI’ll never understand why people talk to highly about Letterman. He never got a single laugh out of me, he came off more cringey than funny. Also his interactions with many woman…there’s real cringe.
