They have to be warned not to cross the street if there is a car coming….God I get tired of people not watching where they are going in a parking lot. I can’t watch all 4 directions at once, and people are notorious for walking behind a vehicle without two thoughts for their own safety.
Americans have to be told that a knife is sharp!!! An oven is HOT….and other pieces of knowledge that my generation got by the time we were 7 years of age.
