Another reason not to go to doctors of the future. Perhaps we should give these people abortions to prevent the spreading of this ignorance, into the next generation.
ReplyNo no no, Lord forgive me, I’m against abortion period.
Stupid people, making stupid people, making stupid decisions.
Department of Redundancy Department.
NYU- NOT YOUR UNIVERSITY
ReplyReminds me of when I was an undergrad at Drexel, we had a new professor. (Now I understand he wasn’t tenured, but I didn’t know what that was at the time.) He was fun and interesting and tried really hard. But some of the students failed the first two quizzes. Then in the next class, we found out that he was instantly fired. No questions asked. That was the executive decision of Cecelia Fitzgibbon (later became head of Moore College). Never saw him again. At the time, I was really shocked that that could happen. Looking back, I can see that what Prof. Fitzgibbon did was part of a bigger trend. I always thought that college was supposed to be about growing and learning, but that taught me differently. By the way, everyone got an ‘A’ in that class.
ReplyNo wonder them new doctors come in dumber and dumber.
Replyit’s the country is gone fubar
ReplyI hope the next teacher is tougher
ReplyThey are about to get a lawsuit out the wahzuu for this one…lol
ReplyWe are indoctrinating future losers…ijs.
ReplyThese students feeling they’re entitled, smh. What a bunch of crybabies. They think it’s too hard? Then STUDY HARD. Take it as a piece of challenge that you must overcome. And when you pass it, you’ll feel a sense of achievement for having your hard work properly merited. It is way better compared to just passing the class, only because the prof was coerced into taking pity on your soul.
ReplyBoomers did get participation trophies. Vietnam Veteran hats.
ReplyIf we’re going to dumb down actual science courses that contain information necessary to even do the job then we’re going to have to redefine what experts are because they’re not going to know enough to be considered experts by our standards today. They’re going to have to be called semi-experts or partial experts so we can designate the ones that don’t know very much. People were called experts because they had knowledge that was difficult to attain and had worked hard to become an expert in their field. If the classes are going to be dumb down these people are not going to be very useful so some Fields will have to eventually fade away because the knowledge will be lost.
ReplyMy organic chem class was the hardest class I had in college. When I discovered how hard it was, I studied more…
Replythis is one reason why america is doomed.
ReplyShould teachers be untouchable? No. But Should a teacher be fired because of 80 signatures? No.They should have sent someone to observe him and gone through a process. I am afraid for the Healthcare professional who will be doing my surgeries in my 70s.
