ReplyNot gonna lie…I really don’t understand why you continue to drag on Biden for being “old” (even when the situation doesn’t warrant any comment at all, Trump has been displaying WAY worse!), while you spend nearly the same amount of time on Trump – an obvious serial criminal, fraudster, and want-to-be dictator. If you truly think Trump is a potential dictator, as most do (and as you’ve basically indicated you do as well), then how can you do that beginning anti-democratic (small “d”) bit, knowing you have SUCH an influence on the general American populace opinions on such things?

ReplyHow much you wanna bet that the whole thing with the gag order and Trumps deliberate effort not to comply was all a political ploy for him to save face? He stated early on that he was amenable to testifying, making him look fearless of taking the stand under oath., but purposefully provoked the judge into issuing a gag order. It therefore looks to his supporters as though he now has a valid legal reason for his attorney to advise him not to. testify…No testimony and no perjury

ReplyI’m surprised Jimmy hasn’t been sued by Cameo yet. Their license is fairly permissive, but it’d be hard to argue this isn’t a commercial use, which is precluded. There’s a fair use affirmative defense (criticism/commentary) but it’s not a slam dunk for a number of reasons.
ReplySantos should really drop the case because Kimmel gave him thousands in free advertising. Stay beloved and drop the case. It’s not cool.
