Republicans are very much “party over people” and we know parties change over the decades, I used to consider myself right wing but Republicans are betraying everything for an authoritarian power grab right now. I don’t know how it got this bad but we have all noticed a shift the last 10 years. Since the 70s All the parties have been changing. I mean since the civil war they flipped. We have to constantly reassess or we’ll get taken advantage of by buzzwords like second amendment and constitution and CRT. Don’t fall for their traps. For God’s sake, they stormed the capital and have banned thousands of books. We know that’s how it always starts.
