Get your facts checked about US women’s soccer team and equal pay. They actually get paid more than men.

Well said. I experienced wage gap discrimination for decades. Retired now but never analyzed what that translated into for SS pay. Probably don’t want to know. Is it better today? Only if women don’t have kids. BTW…one of the main groups against the ERA…far right christian women…sound familiar?

Love the Desi bits. She’s right about inflation. It’s so bad, bought a sandwich for lunch the other day and learned pumpernickel is now pumperdime.

Since the late 60s, as a youngster, I have said …….A woman’s place is in the house……and the senate.

The wage gap has been disproven repeatedly. Men are more likely to ask for raises and put in more work than women, hence the higher wages.

There are a zillion ways companies can detail differences between jobs. Unless jobs are given tiers and charted re length of service, only government and unionized jobs have any protections that are clear. 50 percent of workers over 50 lose a long-term job before they intend or are eligible to retire.

It’s ironic that they’re reposting a video about wage inequality while the writers’ strike is going on

Information like this is leading america astray. Motherhood is qualified as a penalty??? This is a crazy distortion of true information. Cherry picking information. She never spoke about choice and is painting it in such a way that women are being kept away from things, what if most women made the choice not to do these things.

Anyways, be careful about the information being presented here.

Well, last time i check everyone is getting paid the same amount, i have never seen in my job anyone getting less paid per hour just because of their gender and eversince i been working overtime, i have only seen a bunch of guys working over 50 hours and only a couple or one girl working overtime.

How do you create a ranking system for gender equality… That’s strait bs lol Woman dont pay for dinners. Woman don’t pay for their weddings. Woman don’t pay for majority of their child’s expenses. And Every woman I know makes as much as men if not more. Where is this study coming from?
