ReplyI think the only timeslot Conan ever had in Australia was 2am – seriously ‘Late Night’ – but some of the guests were boring IMO. We can’t all be Martin Short with the one liners but FFS some of those Hollywood types just phone it in.
ReplyA point Conan missed is, that his show was worthy of pirating in the late 90s. Least we forget, most of USA was still on dialup in late 90s, I’d expect Argentina was as well. That means she was watching Conan probably in 240p Real Player or Windows Media Player files and those files. Downloadable videos back then was in Mpeg. I remember in 1995 taking like 2 hrs to download a Mpeg trailer of James Bond Golden Eye.
