Dulcé Sloan has been watching white people drink wine and pretend to know what a “tannin” is for decades. But what about Black people who also want to get wine drunk on a weekday and call it a book club? Dulcé learns all about wine appreciation and breaking the stemmed-glass ceiling of this exclusive industry from a Black-owned wine tour business in Atlanta. #DailyShow #BlackOwnedBusiness #Wine
Viva la Dulce Vita !!! 🤣❤ great skit, lol!!
ReplyI LOVE DULCE! I use her “We dont do that ” segments to teach about aspects of racism in my Sociology class 😊
ReplyWatch me whip, watch me chardonnay-nay-nay
ReplyLet’s talk about white owned companies the same way we praise black owned companies.
ReplyImagine if this segment was replaced with white instead of black that would be considered racist
ReplyDo next a Chinese owned win tour, then a white people owned to make more race exclusive content.
ReplyHonestly, this show contributes more to segregation than any so called right wing agendas.
Friendly reminder, Dulcé cannot be outraged at anything “racial” in the future. Why? Because it shouldn’t matter whether a business is “black-owned” or not. But here she is, placing emphasis on someone’s skin colour.
ReplyCan’t stand seeing dulcé on TDS. Downvote everytime
ReplyYes, Dulce, come to Napa and start a winery. I’d visit for sure! I love sweet wine, myself.
ReplySee, this kind of segments provides insight into why gallon-sized bottles of wine don’t make sense to me. You drink wine or champagne (or, for that matter, you make a daquiri) because you have a _refined, sophisticated_ palate. You drink beer, whiskey or tequila because you have a _robust_ palate. Beer, whiskey and _tequila,_ it makes sense to me to stock by the gallon. Not wine.
ReplyThis is hilarious 😂 l adore dulce
ReplyI don’t understand you Americans, you fight against racism but why do you emphasize black vineyard owners? What does it matter who owns it? I thought the goal of fighting racism was to stop thinking about skin color at all, not to ignore it, but simply not to focus on it, like eyes or hair color
ReplyI didn’t know there are wineries in GA. I’m a fan of Spanish wine. Went on a great wine tour outside of Madrid
ReplyWhy did you think youd be going to Italy, France is the larger more elite wine country.
ReplyTALK ABOUT ATLANTA’S BLACK OWNED MAIL PROBLEMS
