Any 1860ish Arizona laws supporting domestic violence or since the Civil War was in 1861 there must be some laws from that period restricting Black people as property.

HOWEVER, we’ve also completed petitions to put this on the ballot. It will get reversed. AND the state AG said she’d never enforce charging a Dr or woman for performing or getting an abortion!!!! Damn Doug Douchey for loading the state Supreme Court with conservatives.
