ReplyBack in June 2011, I was flying to Tucson to see my first grandson and was sitting in a Southwest plane and we, the passengers were told that due to a screw needing to be replaced, it would be a while before we took off. Now, this was not your average screw one finds in your local Home Depot or Lowes, no it was one BIG ASS screw!!! It took about 2 hours, but it got taken care of and I got to Tucson 2 or so hours late. Nothing hapoened, because Southwest made sure we were safe and the parts needed were replaced for the passengers safety.
