Jon Cryer talks about the true story that inspired Extended Family, training to become an astronaut in Moscow and getting pranked into using Nair on his butt before starring in Superman IV: The Quest for Peace.
Late Night with Seth Meyers.
Watch Late Night with Seth Meyers Weeknights 12:35ET/11:35c on NBC.
I like Cryer but I instantly hate the show’s look, lighting, writing, and idea. Lorre yuck.
ReplyThis video deserves a throne among the greats; it’s a standout, a masterpiece in every sense.💋
ReplyGlad to see Jon
ReplyIt’s hard to watch sitcoms these days the format is cheese as fk and the canned laughter in this interview is Haynes

ReplyAt first glance I swear it looked like an Alan Harper spin off of 2 and a half men
ReplyAs long as he’s been bald… I just can’t imagine him bald.
ReplyDrink a shot every time he says “ah” or “um”

Reply“Hey..Supergirl!”
ReplyFinally, Seth nails an impression.
Ouff…this feels weird….I was wondering where I knew the actress from his show from….then I realised…..
ReplyGot nothing against Jon, but I think the genre of the sitcom is more or less over. That whole concept just feels antique to me.
ReplyI used to think Jesse Eisenberg was the worst possible casting for Lex Luthor…eh, let’s call it a tie.
ReplyI really love his acting and all the power to him but of the two kinds of people with a bald head, most look badass and some look like recent cancer survivors, Jon is the latter. It still fits him but it looks less Bruce Willis and more make-a-wish
Reply“What they do is …. shoot you out of the earth’s orbit.” Obvious BS! The ISS is in earth orbit, a low orbit even, so they don’t shoot you out of it. Even if they “shoot you to the moon” you still will be on a place that is in earth’s orbit.
ReplyHey, I love my stepwives! They’ve always been there for me and I have been there for them. Their kids all lived with my husband and I through university and when we used to go back to his country, we stayed with them — by turns. They also stayed with us — with their respective new husbands and kids and kids from other marriages– when they came to the United States. And on the week we buried my husband, they stayed with me and made sure I was alright. To this day, ten years after his death, we are still there for each other.
ReplyI wouldn’t mind a friendly arrangement like that for my kids
ReplyWe love jon cryer
