ReplyLike these interviews, these guys are well versed in politics and they strike a balance between informative and light. On the part of Mitch McConnel: the man has ALWAYS put party above the country, and only paid lip service to democracy when it suited him (the speech after Jan 6). As an outsider it’s fascinating, but I pity the kind and brave people in the USA who have to live with this kind of hypocrisy every day…

ReplyI would love for Pres Biden to pretape a video presentation of his SOTU address, to include visual aids like graphs and video clips from news media, to support important points, and then send to the Senate and House of representatives. The constitution only requires that the white house periodically inform congress of what’s going on and what the POTUS wants to do.
