Somehow this was a breath of fresh air and the most infuriating LWT video ever.

So basically John Oliver at peak form.

    Keep em coming!

Thank you “Shut Up!” is the right response to Mr. Johnson of Ohio.
These people really do not want the USA to succeed. Mostly pushed by corporate owned politicians which is very confusing because they do not get that this affects us all.

What’s not even mentioned for whatever reason is the possibility of doing transmission projects deep underground. Drilling is much better and cheaper then it used to be. Elon Musk is building an underground highway with his Boring company, what if they looked into using that infrastructure he’s building? Obviously Elon needs all the governmental red tape cut through to ever complete his project but it would be so much better.

The most suprising thing is how old the equipment is in the US. In most EU countries the equipment is replaced every 10 years. More efficient equipment and so on.
In the nordic countries we maybe have an incident or two per year, and thats because of accidents such as a car or truck accident.

It’s called bitcoin Farming, you mine the excess non-transportable energy, by monetizing that stranded energy you can return benefits to the locals and improve the infrastructures.

Fun fact: The snake he showed at the beginning is a Ball Python, and gets its name because it is 99.9% more likely to curl up into an adorable little ball than ever hurt a human being. Great starter snake if you’re ever considering one as a pet! 🙂
