How do you not have John Carpenter as a guest on Halloween? Last night was too early.

In my early twenties, I was visiting friends in LA and got accosted by a couple of fanboys who thought I was John Carpenter. I did look a lot like him back then. I’m afraid I still kind of do.

Dammit what does Dark Star and Black Moon Rising have in common? Colbert never interrogated John Carpenter about either one.

When was that first shot from? Wish Steak and Shake was still there. Seems like maybe it was from one of the old live shows.

“They Live” is one of my guilty pleasures. It has no right to hold me like it does, as it really isn’t a great movie. But for some reason, Roddy Piper Is perfect in his part. It is a shame he died so young.
