Did Jon Stewart stiff arm his way to the mic and lay napalm on the fooks?

I think Roy’s set was the best correspondence set I’ve seen. None were bad.. Seth Meyer’s was funny scorching t-rump but he definitely caused him to run for President..

Roy Wood’s Correspondent dinner set was the worst one in a while… funny guy otherwise, but compared to previous years, nowhere near as good

Super interesting to hear the crafting of the order of jokes and the thoughts behind it. Really makes you appreciate even more the skill that is required to do what they do and how they make it seem so effortless, like it’s just a natural conversation.

The easy solution is to have the first lady help them with their set

The idea of having comics at the front of the stage watching another comic do their set sounds like the premise of a good comic show. 3 comics, randomly drawn to see who goes in what order. #greenlight it.

Roys set was one of the funnier sets I’ve seen from anyone in the past few years. I genuinely think Chappelle wouldn’t have been as funny,

This is one of the most analytical discussions of a comedy set I’ve ever heard. You have to be a genius to do the Correspondent’s Dinner.
