Trump is just using the standard and stupid reverse psychology he does so poorly. His lawyers have told him he is going to get destroyed and humiliated on television when the Georgia trial starts and he is desperate to avoid television coverage. He thinks if he asks for it in Federal Court the judges will refuse and he can try to use that as a basis to stop the broadcast of the Georgia trial – or at least make it like C-Span to actually watch the trial. Hopefully there will be a whole channel devoted to broadcasting his trial because the one thing the MAGA morons lack most in an attention span. We just need to see the most stupid and laughable moments from each day of the trials on shows like The Late Show. Trump must be mocked our of public life.

They absolutely have to televise the trial. Otherwise, Faux News will just lie about it.

Courtroom cameras for Trump? Terrible idea! Of course he wants them — he’s a TV performer. Seeing due process would be completely eclipsed by Trump’s usual shtick, performing for the cameras, acting up, throwing tantrums and playing the victim.

I think Trump wants cameras in the court so he can use the trials as campaigning tools. He will be speechifying at every opportunity.

Even if Trump’s trials are not broadcast, there should be cameras in the courtroom – if for no other reason, as historical documents.

Trumpians wouldn’t understand court proceedings & the spin Meister’s will play into their ignorance.

In my opinion, it is sheer stupidity on the part of the Democrats to be in favor of putting cameras in the courtroom, and it will lead to more misleading people through disinformation and ultimately more votes for Trump in the 2024 presidential election.

I don’t think there was a more outspoken critic of Socialism than Churchill and yet the State narrative since WW2 has been to say that Hitler was right of Churchill!

Trump orders his cult members to hang his VP – I don’t know anyone who would want that job.

I disagree with Rachel on the point that if we could watch the trial, we would all see if Trump is being treated fairly or not. That only matters to people who actually listen to it objectively. His supporters will just wait for the talking heads to tell them what is happening. Both sides are tribal. But the right have lost their minds on the ability to think for themselves, have trusted sources of information, or look anything up. Cant wait for 2024 to argue with these low info people on FB. I stay off FB 100% until election years, but for some reason i like to argue with people who dont have a vague clue of what is going on.

Trump is going to lie about the case no matter what so i think cameras in the courtroom is a good idea, even with the downside of Trump performing for the cameras. For his defamation trial Alex Jones went on his show everyday and just made sh*t up about the trial b/c he knew his gullible listeners would believe him and there were no cameras… Trump has already done similar tactics with his NY business fraud case. At least with cameras in the court news programs could air clips to try to refute whatever lies he is going to tell

Please god no cameras in the courtroom. T*** will only try and turn it into a media circus and political rally. Naturally, media wants a free narrative, at the expense of democracy. The real story here is how media is failing us.

Televising the trial will lead to intimidation of witnesses and jurors. Since the judge is keeping the potential juror list secret any intimidation planned by trump will happen during the trial.

So the first video uploaded *is not* the first part of the interview…
    Come on, _be professional._
If you insist on breaking the videos up into each ad break in order to maximise hits (which annoys viewers so some don’t bother watching), at least load them in correct order.
Seth’s people do a much better job with having the entire interview as one video.

So when a random youtuber loads the entire show and it appears in my suggested, I watch that instead as it’s less frustrating.
