Just started a monthly donation to Planned Parenthood. They were there when I was a poor student, providing cervical health screenings and STI testing quickly and at low cost.
Planned Parenthood is NECESSARY for reproductive health. There is so much that can go wrong with reproductive organs, and PP is there for those who need help fast, and without being judged by religious nut-baggery
I’m an anarchist, so I have issues with anyone claiming they can sell freedom. But keeping Planned Parenthood open is FAR better than shutting it down with nothing better to replace it.
In the 70’s planned Parenthood saved my friends life! When they were doing her physical they discovered something was wrong with her heart, she went to the regular Dr and she had a hole in her heart and she immediately
Had open heart surgery.
Without PP she would have just collapsed and passed.
We were 17.
