Interesting show though, the guest that i expected to do well had an off night it seems, and the guest that i expected to make a fool out of himself actually was quite engaging.
It’s a pity that Bill is so far on one side about the conflicts, that Cruz’s stance just gets mocked, but the answer surely must be in the middle, as Bill cannot deny Obama’s recent quote of neither party not having any blood on their hands (not saying that Obama is the guy to talk, but what he said was objectively true).
Of course it is true that the enemy made the first move, but to act like it came out of nowhere, is sanctimonious.
There needs to be more diplomacy, everywhere.. all the black/white situations are only swinging the pendulum one way or the other.
The whole Overtime being on CNN exclusive is stupid. My first motivation for watching Bill Maher Live, was so that I could switch over in real time and follow (and comment) on Youtube.
Now, I have to wait until Saturday and treat Over Time like last nights re-run.
Also: I haven’t used my cable box since 2020!
Boy Cruz is dumb. People weren’t moving across the border when Biden took office because there was a global pandemic. There weren’t many people moving anywhere. WOW the politics of stupid.
As a Texan, I’ve watched for 30 years as Republican politicians talk about border security while doing absolutely nothing about it when coming into office. As a Democrat, our party needs to stop being weak and secure the border. This is a bipartisan opportunity to strengthen American security. 🇺🇸
