ReplyBill is wrong on this. I’m not saying Joe should run again, but I don’t think he will lose to Trump. Just like there was no Red Wave. Bill keeps looking to polls to get his predictions, but they will prove him wrong again. The best predictor of 2024 is what happened in 2018, 2020, and 2022. We might even get an early Tuesday night win for Biden if he runs against Trump. We might get a repeat of 2012. That one got called for Obama at like 8pm pacific Tuesday Night!! lol
ReplyAmen. Biden will give us Trump. Biden’s baggage is extremely high, and he only beat Trump by 42k votes for president in 2020 (11k, 11k, and 20k in swing states).
ReplyTrump got us out of Afghanistan, Biden messed up the extraction process. Biden won because the media and Democrats lied about Covid19, used it to relax voting laws and he didn’t have to campaign.

ReplyThe first and biggest accomplishment Bill mentions, getting us out of Afghanistan, was Trump, who had negotiated the withdrawl down to the date. And of course within a year we get Ukraine, where somebody’s son was getting paid millions for reasons nobody can explain to this day

Inflation is real. Crime is real. High interest rates keeping marginalized groups out of the economy is real. Loss of buying power is real. He needs to go not because he is old but because his policies are losing young people, minorities, blue collar workers and breaking the party faster and faster. He isn’t losing because he is old. (but do not discount that either, the RBG point is solid)
