I dare Seth and the writers to try this out….create a “fake future Closer Look” where you report on the most outlandish and insane thing you can think of that a politician or individual would say or do – and then take bets on how long it takes before it becomes REALITY. I mean – changing the Earth’s orbit!?! Really!?! Jewish space lasers!?! Italian satellites changing votes!?! And we thought pedophilia rings and cannibalism was nuts. There is not a comedy writer or any thinking person alive that could predict that these would be the REAL things being reported on. I dare you.

If you can’t play “U Can’t Touch This”, perhaps you’d have more luck with “Superfreak”?

Biden tries to be a boy scout but the republicans will never play fair. Just get repairs done.

Changing the earth’s orbit wouldn’t be too hard…

just get all of the robots on an island together and have them vent their exhaust ports.

Actively changing the earths orbit on a human timescale would involve something like blanketing Asia with Saturn 5 rockets and firing continuously them for a decade… Or something releasing similar amounts of energy.

I thank Scott Manley and XKCD’s “what if” for being able to ballpark something this ridiculous…
