Magic talks about owning the Dodgers and being favored to win the World Series, being nervous when he watches the games, going to Vegas with Jerry Buss, organizing a reunion in Hawaii for Lakers from the Showtime era, fans being able to own some of his best moments as an NFT, almost getting drafted to the Bulls, and Dr. J giving him advice that maybe he shouldn’t have.

ReplyI think if the number one pick were ever to go again to a team with a guy on the roster who had already been a two-time NCAA champ and then NBA RotY, then an NBA All-Star as well as All-Defense selection, and another guy who was about to get five first team All-Defenses to go with his DPotY, and a third guy who’d, I dunno, already happened to have won five of his six league MVPs on his way to the all-time NBA scoring title, then, yeah, there’d be a chance another rookie might win finals MVP, but I wouldn’t hold your breath.
