ReplyI think every time I see Jimmy in these more long form interviews, that he is a real student of his craft, he seems like he really studies historical comedians and works hard at his stuff. He’s not just a “funny guy who tells jokes” he really has studied a lot of historical comedians, and has a process. Yet he makes it look super natural and off the cuff.

Replyi was lucky enough to watch him perform his 90 minutes in jakarta back in january, and what he said at 0:51 is so true. he was so quick and smooth, and it does feel like you’re getting your money’s worth because you get to hear what seems like a gajillion jokes in less than 2 hours
