It’s a guarantee Trump will be a puppet of Xi and Putin. Trump will do exactly what they tell him to do.

I wish Craig Kilborn, would make an appearance on the show. I really liked his tenure on the show.

I agree that the world is full of autocrats, but it isn’t the autocrats who are always involved in wars is it.

This guy is a snake oil saleman for the secuity state and the war machine. What an easy job that was for him on here with a host who admits he knows nothing about the cold war.

Isolationism sounds like a mental illness. Who in their right mind would seriously believe that their country can act as though what happens in the rest of the world doesn’t ultimately affect them? Isolationists need to get out more.

jordan’s interviews are much better than jon’s. he actually lets the expert answer questions instead of interjecting like he knows everything all the time.

“We thought that they wanted what we wanted.”
That’s always been the premise of America’s “outreach” (ahem) to countries with a different political persuasion.
That it’s the wrong premise isn’t the fault of those countries; it’s the fault of our own hubris (that hubris that says “we’re the most successful country in the world, why would anyone not want to be like us, America”).
