Plain and simple: this is a psychiatric problem that is even discussed in DSM-5. These people need help, and at the same time, should be kept away from children until their issues are resolved. People- this is not Milton Berle. Milton did it for laughs and not for an agenda. This man has legitimate mental health problems.
